The Bow Ergofile has the curved file indentation on both sides and it craddles the end of the nail shaping it from all sides making it a natural rounded smooth end instead using a typical file and filing in rounded motions to achieve that look! Also having it on both sides makes it easy to swap hands! Also, start at the outer edge of your nail with the outside of the file moving it inward toward the middle of the nail, repeat opposite side!
